In high contrast to the 70's ideal where earthy women droned on and on about the joys of breastfeeding, The Real Deal, a reassuring new video guide to breastfeeding, features straight talk from modern moms and advice from the pros.

The film uses high production values, a funky score and a bevy of experts, and was created by two moms with experience in movie-making -- Meghan O'Hara a recent producer on Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 and Katie Fogarty who has worked with New York 1 News and CNNfn. Set to launch next week during International Breastfeeding Week, the video shows hip, real moms at different stages of the breastfeeding experience sharing the highs and lows in candid, often hilarious talk, as they pass along tips, tricks and encouragement to help make nursing a success.
